Brief:
To promote the large range of customisation options for the Costa Latte, on a budget that didn't include photography.

Rationale:
We created a family of 'characters' to represent the many options available. Extra Shot, Soya Milk, Caramel Shot, Chocolate Sprinkles... All visualized to encourage the consumer to add a little personality to their coffee.

These characters appeared across all in-store touch points giving customers a step by step guide to empower them to create their own unique Latte experience. 

Mediums included; Campaign look and feel, in-store collateral (posters, table talkers, menus, window vinyls etc), Digital banners.
